Hot Wheels: Monster Truck Island

A four-episode stop motion mini-series for the official Hot Wheels YouTube Channel!

This stop motion animated series was created in partnership with Mattel and Hot Wheels, and based off their line of Hot Wheels Monster Trucks™! It featured the animated adventures of Demo Derby™, Bone Shaker™, Race Ace™, Tiger Shark™, Big Foot™, Mega Wrex™, Loco Punk™, Torque Terror™, Five Alarm™, and V8 Bomber™ as they race through a series of adventures on Monster Truck Island™.

The 20 minute series was animated over the course of six weeks by a team of four awesome stop motion animators, and our radical art department designed and fabricated five different stop motion sets to bring Monster Truck Island™ roaring to life!
